Red

In my version of Little Red Riding Hood the wolf eats Red's dust as she sails through the woods on her polka dotted scooter. I want to say this value study was a quick little painting but I'd be lying. 3 hours, start to finish. And I had a heck of a time with watermarks. I also meant to make her less centered...oh, well. If I take it to color I'll move her more to the left.

Love the intensity in her expression. This is clearly a Red Riding Hood who's not going to fall for any wolf tricks.
